ReiThera to Attend ASGCT 2026 in Boston, Showcasing Advanced Viral Vector Technologies

Rome, Italy 6th May 2026 - ReiThera, the Italian leading biotechnology company specialized in genetic vaccine platforms and advanced viral vector development, is pleased to announce its participation in the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ASGCT) Annual Meeting 2026, taking place in Boston, Massachusetts, from May 11 to May 15, 2026.

During the conference, ReiThera will present three scientific posters highlighting its latest innovations in viral vector technologies and manufacturing platforms:

  1. “A Novel Oncolytic Gorilla-Derived Adenovirus (GRAd) with Natural Selective Replication in Cancer Cells” This work introduces a next-generation oncolytic vector with inherent tumor selectivity, opening new opportunities for cancer therapeutics.

  2. “Integrated Platform for Recombinant MVA Generation, Scale-Up, and Purification Using a Suspension Duck Cell Line” A comprehensive platform designed to streamline MVA vector production with improved scalability and efficiency.

  3. “ReiCell-AAV: Development and Optimization of a Scalable High-Yield Suspension Cell Line for AAV Vector Manufacturing” (in collaboration with Sartorius) This poster presents a novel suspension cell line enabling enhanced AAV production yields and industrial scalability.
