Pragmatrix Technology Partners with Achieve Clinics to Transform Cell Therapy Workflows with the PragLife Platform

Chicago, IL, February 26, 2025 – Pragmatrix Technology (“Pragmatrix”), a pioneer in SaaS solutions for the cell therapy industry, proudly announces its partnership with Achieve Clinics (“Achieve”), a Los Angeles, California biotechnology company dedicated to improving patient access to autologous cell therapies. A customized version of PragLife, Pragmatrix’s flagship platform, will now be implemented to support Achieve Clinics' operations end-to-end.
PragLife is a robust therapy orchestration platform specifically designed to meet the complex needs of the cell therapy industry. By centralizing operations and ensuring compliance with Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) standards, PragLife streamlines workflows, enhances patient safety, and supports operational scalability. Through the elimination of manual processes and optimization of communication, PragLife empowers providers to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and deliver exceptional patient care.
The Achieve Clinics Portal by Praglife (“Portal”) will enable patients, clinicians, apheresis facilities, cell processing and cryopreservation sites, cold chain logistics providers and cell therapy manufacturers to interface seamlessly. The crux of the Portal lies in its automated integration of critical workflows like scheduling, collection, freezing, and tracking in a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant system capable of data-level auditing.

These patients can be proactively enrolled and their apheresis product may be procured on-demand to accelerate accrual and streamline the supply chain. The entire cell therapy ecosystem can benefit from the unused portions of PRO-Aph not sequestered for future clinical use because these unique biospecimens can be used for discovery science and process development in order to bring more products to market more quickly.
