It was a busy January week for IB Communications in Miami at @Phacilitate’s #AdvancedTherapiesWeek. We were responsible for all the media at the show, bringing a range of journalists, as well as looking after those that covered the event remotely. We had our senior team there, ably supported by the team back at IB Communications head office in London. We arranged 37 journalist interviews with a host of KOLs at the conference. This was for text based interviews, podcasts and video interviews. Journalists from all over the world, with most on either side of the Atlantic, and in multiple time zones, it took some coordination. Luckily, the great networking events in the evenings helped us recover!
We were also able to see a little bit of Miami outside the conference itself. It was great to see so many people there, and so many of the cell and gene therapy professionals that have become more than clients, or contacts, but really good friends. Hard work, but worth every second. Now we're back in the office, time to capitalise on all this week’s efforts.
